Two-component polyurethane on the ground and cleaned slab. Binds dust and seals the pores so the body coat does not pinhole.
BASE: a rolled epoxy coating, 0.3–0.5 mm. PRO: self-levelling epoxy, 2–3 mm, broadcast with aggregate where slip resistance is needed.

Yes. Mechanical preparation is what creates the bond. Laitance, old paint and curing compounds are removed, the slab is vacuumed and primed the same day.
BASE for a sound, level slab used by one or two cars. PRO where the slab is uneven, where hot tyres sit for long periods, or where the floor continues into a workshop.
Foot traffic after 24 hours in both systems. Vehicles and full chemical resistance after 3–5 days for PRO, 48 hours for BASE, at normal indoor temperature.
