This page describes how Glürex handles the information you send through the site. It is a working draft prepared for the new site and should be reviewed against the published policy before launch.
The name, phone number, email address and project details you enter in a form, and the technical information a browser sends automatically — pages visited, referring source and campaign parameters where present.
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange delivery or installation, and keep a record of the project in our CRM. Campaign parameters are stored with the enquiry so we know which channel it came from.
Glürex staff handling your enquiry, and — where installation is requested — the installer assigned to your project. We do not sell contact data.
The site stores a small amount of data in your browser to keep your cart, saved items and enquiry reference between visits, and uses analytics to understand which pages and campaigns work.
Write to info@glurex.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Clearing your browser data removes the cart and saved items stored locally.
