These terms apply to every order placed with Glürex through glurex.com, by phone or on WhatsApp. Last updated 30 October 2026.

Add products, or a set calculated on a system page, to the cart and send the order with your name, phone number and emirate. You can also order by phone or on WhatsApp.
We then contact you to confirm stock, the delivery charge and the delivery date, usually within one working day. The order becomes binding once we have confirmed it and you have paid. Until then either side can cancel it at no cost.
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. The price that applies is the one shown on the site when you send the order. Delivery is charged separately, as set out on the Delivery and Returns page. If a price changes before we confirm your order, we tell you and you can cancel.
Card through a secure payment link, bank transfer, or card or cash to the driver on delivery. A VAT invoice is issued for every order.
Delivery rates, times and collection from Sharjah Media City are set out on the Delivery and Returns page. Please check the goods when they arrive; responsibility for them passes to you on delivery or collection.

Quantities from the calculators are estimates for a nominal build-up and are rounded up to whole packs; the final amount depends on the substrate and detailing of your project. Follow the instructions and technical data supplied with the products.
Images of finished surfaces on this site are visualisations. Stone aggregate is a natural material and its colour can vary between batches — order a colour sample before a large order, and order a whole project at once where the colour has to match.
We replace or refund defective goods as set out in our returns terms and as required by UAE law. We are not responsible for failures caused by an unsuitable or unprepared substrate, missing waterproofing or falls, or application that does not follow the product instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have jurisdiction.
