Delivery and Returns

Rates and times

We deliver to all seven emirates. The rate depends on the weight of the order: small orders go by courier, stone carpet sets go by vehicle.

Working days are Monday to Saturday. An order confirmed by 14:00 is prepared the same day. For projects over 250 m², delivery is scheduled with your manager, in phases if needed.

Unloading

Delivery is to the kerb or the ground floor; carrying materials upstairs is not included. Tell us about access when you order — a tower site is not a villa driveway.

Payment

Card through a payment link, bank transfer, or card or cash to the driver on delivery.

Changed your mind

You can return goods within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Bring them to Sharjah Media City, or we collect them at the delivery rate for your emirate; the original delivery charge is not refunded.

What cannot be returned

• Opened binder, primer and sealer sets — once a two-component set is opened it cannot be resold.
• Opened bags of aggregate.
• Colour samples.
• Part-used goods.

Exchanges

On the same terms as a return — for example, another aggregate colour in unopened bags. Any price difference is paid or refunded.

Damaged, wrong or defective goods

If goods arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos. If the material itself turns out to be defective, tell us within 30 days of delivery. In both cases we replace the goods or refund them in full, delivery included, and collect them at our cost.

Refunds

Within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned goods, to the original payment method. Cash payments are refunded by bank transfer.
